a garden to stay in

let's talk about gardens again. today we have a special occasion to visit a beautiful and quiet place gorgeous to spend some time among threes and flowers.
the garden you can see here is on a half way between the town and the countryside, in a small locality in poland - lipno, famous for being pola's negri birth place.

probably the most charming part of this amazing garden is this hidden and secret corner with a couple of simple bamboo benches, bird feeder and pebble ground.

the owners of this garden are really keen on taking care of their small treasure. the results can be seen as all the flowers are blossoming abundantly.
so what would you say to stay a little here?

in the countryside

it's july, sunday afternoon and somebody is already sleeping in the garden after lunch...

for others it's nice to stay on the fresh air to chat on plants, flowers and family matters (like babies expected by some family members this and at the beginning of the next year:))

in the countryside it's not necessary to have posh furniture to feel relaxed and comfy.
as you can see each chair is different, even if renewed every year with a new paint! the old table is covered with an old linen table cloth - no worries for stains, who cares about them in the garden!

after giving you some ideas to make your houses more pink and joyful let us convice you to fall in love also with white objects.

white is the most neutral color one can choose and goes perfectly with every other shade (including pink obviously!).

what we would suggest, a part white furniture (absolutely georgeus but not at all practical, especially when you have children), are some ornamental objects, kitchenware and lots of white flowers (beautiful not only on your wedding day).

for home ornaments and kitchenware white china is maybe the best choice. white kitchenware can be easily combined with colourfull table cloth and napkins and everything will perfectly match.

white fowers stay well in every window and every vase. in our opinion however the nicest way is to place them on the bedroom window.

they will certainly add some relaxing atmosphere to that truly relaxing room where all you need to do is to feel good.

blueberry tart

maybe in these hot summer days you are not really in the mood for baking, but preparing a blueberry tart is a real pleasure!

obviously the best choice would be to pick up the blueberries by your own but as it's not always possible you can also get some from the greengrocer.

the blueberry tart is a classic summer cake, tasty and good-looking, perfect for every occasion.

you will need:

- shortcrust pastry (better if home made) for the bottom
- 300 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 spoons of flour
- 1/2 glass of white sugar (also icing and vanilla sugar)
- 300 g of fresh blueberries

roll out the pastry in the previously buttered cake pan (preferably pottery). make small holes with a fork and put in the preheated owen for 10-15 minutes (or until the pastry becomes gold). take off from the owen and leave aside to cool.

in the meantime prepare the custard: put together milk and eggs with sugar. boil and add the flour. leave on the fire for 3 minutes after boiling and take aside.

spread the pastry with the custard. add immediately (when the custard is still hot) the blueberries. leave for cooling for at least 30 minutes. before serving you can sprinkle with icing sugar.

what's better than a sunny summer rose garden?
of course you must be lucky to have one for your own and then it's not even so easy to cultivate roses as some practice as gardener is needed.

there are plenty of rose species, those more and less demanding. all of them however love sun and water in abundance. often they are also victims of pests, so a special care in order to avoid infections is needed.

after all the results are definetely worth of work and care. roses will make beautifull every garden and balcony, as well as a vase.

one can also give them to others as they are definetely among the most welcomed and admired flowers.
