today i would like to share with you a very easy recipe. it takes only a little while to prepare this delicious chocolate cake (and honestly it takes even a shorter while to see it disappear as soon as it's ready... you know what i mean :) oh, did i mention is flourless? ;)
so what are we waiting for? take the recipe and let's go baking!
you will need:
-170 g of sugar
-220 g of butter
-200 g of good quality dark chocolate (at least 60% of cocoa)
-80g of minced almonds (or almond flour)
-few drops of almond aroma
preheat the oven to 180°C. butter a rectangular baking pan (same as for brownies) and put it in the frige. mix the eggs with sugar in a big bowl. in a saucepan melt the butter with chocolate on a very small fire. take away from the fire and add the butter-chocolate mixture to the eggs. add minced almonds and the almond aroma and mix it all together as short as possible (less you mix the liquid with dry ingredients more your cake will be soft - same rule as for muffins :). put the mixture in the butter pan and bake for about 25 minutes. cool it completely before serving.
if you like you can serve with icing sugar or heavy sweet cream. enjoy these intense chocolate moments, at least until the next time :)
