tiny pies with dulce de leche


times are still hard... too little time, too much work... well let's talk about what's good in life, let's talk about food! i made some dulce de leche... i mean i made some false dulce de leche to make things easier (i'll explain you later)... anyways i will find a recipe for a real dulce de leche and i will test it... one day... for now let's try to be content with this one: it is delicious, i swear! even if dulce de leche itself is good enough to stop here and just eat it spoon by spoon in front of tv, i made a step forward... i baked some lovely small pies with dulce de leche. yummm...

i tempi sono ancora duri... poco tempo, troppo da fare... allora parliamo delle cose belle, parliamo del cibo! ho fatto un po' di dulce de leche... cioè intendo un po' del falso dulce de leche per rendere le cose più facili (vi spiegerò dopo)... in ogni caso troverò la ricetta per un dulce de leche vero e la testerò... un giorno... per ora proviamo ad accontentarci con questo: è buonissimo, giuro! anche se dulce de leche da solo è abbstanza buono per fermarci qui e mangiarlo cucchiaio dopo cucchiaio davanti alla tv, io ho fatto un passo avanti... ho preparato queste bellissime piccole tortine con dulce de leche. gnamm...

czasy sa w dalszym ciagu ciezkie... malo czasu, duzo pracy... porozmawiajmy wiec o rzeczach przyjemnych, porozmawiajmy o jedzeniu! zrobilam ostatnio dulce de leche... to znaczy to udawane dulce de leche, zeby ulatwic sprawe (potem wam wyjasnie)... w kazdym razie znajde przepis na prawdziwe dulce de leche i go przetestuje... kiedys... teraz zajmijmy sie tym ktore juz mamy: jest pyszne, przysiegam! chociaz dulce de leche jest samo w sobie wystarczajaco pyszne by zatrzymac sie tutaj i zjesc je lyzka po lyzce siedzac przed telewizorem, ja jednak postapilam krok dalej... przygotowalam te sliczne torciki z dulce de leche. pycha...

you will need, vi servirà, bedziecie potrzebowac:

for dulce de leche, per dulce de leche, na dulce de leche:
- a tin of sweet condensed milk, un barattolo di latte condensato zuccherato, puszka slodkiego mleka kondensowanego

for pies, per le tortine, na torciki:
- 1 egg, uovo
- 1 egg yolk, tuorlo, zoltko
- 100g (3,5 oz.) of sugar, zucchero, cukru
- 150g (5,3 oz.)of flour, farina, maki
- 100g (3,5 oz.) of butter, burro, masla
- 50ml (1/5 cup) of cold milk, di latte, mleka
- 1,5 tablespoon of baking soda, cucchiaio di lievito, lyzki sody oczyszczonej
- vanilla aroma, aroma di vaniglia, aromat waniliowy

for dulce de leche: cook the tin of condensed milk for 3 hours. the tin must always be well covered with water.
preheat the oven to 170°C (340° F). melt the butter on a small fire. mix the egg, egg yolk and sugar with the electric mixer. add melted butter and milk and mix again. add flour, baking soda and vanilla aroma. mix and put in the buttered pans (i used star-pans but creme-caramel or muffin pans are good as well). remeber to fill the pans only to 3/4: the pies will grow a lot in the oven. put a half teaspoon of dulce de leche on the top of each pie. bake for about 20 minutes.

per il dulce de leche: cuocere il barattolo del latte condensato per 3 ore. il barattolo deve essere sempre coperto d'acqua.
preriscaldare il forno a 170°C (340°F). fondere il burro su un fuoco moderato. sbattere l'uovo e il tuorlo con lo zucchero con uno sbattitore elettrico. aggiungere il burro e il latte e mecolare ancora. aggiungere la farina, il lievito e l'aroma di vaniglia. mescolare e trasferire negli stampini imburrati (io ho usato stampini-stella, ma vanno bene anche quelli da creme caramel oppure da muffin). ricordate di riempire gli stampini fino a 3/4: le tortine cresceranno tanto nel forno. mettere mezzo cucchiaino di dulce de leche sopra ogni tortina. cuocere per ca. 20 minuti.

dulce de leche: gotowac puszke mleka kondensowanego przez 3 godziny. puszka musi byc zawsze pod woda.
rozgrzac piec do 170°C. roztopic maslo na malym ogniu. ubic jajko z zoltkiem i cukrem za pomoca miksera. dodac maslo i mleko i ponownie wymieszac. dodac make, sode i aromat waniliowy. wymieszac i wlac do wysmarowanych maslem foremek (ja uzylam foremek-gwiazdek ale nadaja sie swietnie rowniez foremki do creme caramel lub do muffinow). wypelnic foremki do 3/4: torciki urosna bardzo w piecu. polozyc pol lyzeczki dulce de leche na kazdym torciku. piec przez ok. 20 minut.
