barcelona

as i already told you barcelona is an amazing place! i didn't expect it so very beautiful and i was really astonished, especially by the beautiful architecture (and food of course!!). let me start this small photo-tour from an amazing city market (mercat de sant josep) in the middle of ramblas (probably the most famous streets in barcelona), full of colourful stands and amazingly fresh food! i wish i could stay longer and have some food shopping there! can you see the selection of chocolate and candies in the picture below?

***

***

jak juz wam wspominalam barcelona to wspaniale miejsce! nie spodziewalam sie, ze az tak bardzo mi sie spodoba i bylam zadziwiona pieknem architektury (i doskonalym jedzeniem!!). zacznijmy nasza mini foto-wycieczke od tego niesamowitego targu (mercat de sant josep), usytulowanego w samym srodku ramblas (prawdopodobnie najslynniejszych ulic barcelony), pelnego kolorowych straganow i niesamowicie swiezego jedzenia! chcialabym zostac tam dluzej i zrobic zakupy! czy widzicie wybor czekolady i cukierkow na zdjeciu ponizej?

barcelona is a very elegant and majestic city with large avenues full of amazingly beautiful buildings. the most characteristic architecture style is catalan modernism (represented mainly by illustrious examples of gaudì's works). neo-ghotic is also very common with it's charming elegance.

***

below you can admire one of the most beautiful gaudì's masterpieces casa batllò (see more here).

ponizej mozecie podziwiac jedno z najpiekniejszych dziel gaudiego casa batllò (mozecie znalezc wiecej tutaj).

and gaudì's la pedrera...

e la pedrera di gaudì...

i la pedrera gaudiego...

the tour continues in the magnificent park guell. can you see the lovely tiny house below? it looks like christmas ginger-bread house! i remained wordless in front of it...

***

and at the end la sagrada familia... unfinished but simply amazing and so incredibly monumental!

***
