i would always bake cookies!


i will never get bored of baking cookies. do you wan't to know why? ok, so here are the reasons: 1.i love cookies, 2.i can always offer them to the others because everyone i know loves cookies, 3.they are easy and fast to prepare, 4. you can use the standard recipe and customize it anytime with different extra ingrediets, 5. nothing tastes better with a glass of milk! i could list at least one hundred of reasons but let us make something useful instead. so, are you ready for baking?

non mi annoierò mai di fare cookies. volete sapere perchè? ok, ecco qualche motivo: 1.amo cookies, 2.posso sempre offirli agli altri perchè tutte le persone che conosco amano cookies, 3.sono veloci e facili da pareparare, 4.si può usare sempre la stessa ricetta standard che può essere ogni volta personalizzata con degli ingredienti extra, 5.niente è più buono di un cookie con un bicchiere di latte! potrei buttare giù almeno cento moltivi ma piuttosto facciamo qualcosa di ultile. alora, siete pronti per cucinare?

nigdy sie nie znudze robieniem ciasteczek. chcecie wiedziec dlaczego? ok, oto kilka powodow: 1.uwielbiam ciasteczka, 2.moge zawsze kogos nimi poczestowac poniewaz wszystkie osoby, ktore znam uwielbiaja ciasteczka, 3.sa szybkie i latwe do przygotowania, 4.mozna uzyc za kazdym razem ten sam przepis, ktory mozna modyfikowac poprzez nowe dodatki, 5.nic nie smakuje tak dobrze jak ciasteczko ze szklanka mleka! moglabym znalezc conajmniej sto powodow, ale raczej zajmijmy sie czym uzytecznym. jestescie gotowi na pieczenie?


here comes the standard recipe, ecco la ricetta standard, oto standardowy przepis:

- 180 g (6,3 oz.) of flour, di farina, maki
- 120 g (4,2 oz) of sugar, di zucchero, cukru
- 150 g (5,3 oz.) of butter, di burro, masla
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda, cucchiaino di bicarbonato, lyzeczka sody oczyszczonej

extra ingredients, ingredienti extra, dodatki:
- chocolate (white, dark and chocolate chips), cioccolato (bianco, fondente e a scaglie), czekolada (biala, gorzka i w kawalkach)
- dry fruit (cramberries, blueberries, raisins, nuts, hanselnut, almonds), frutta secca (mirtilli rossi, mirtilli blu, uvetta, noci, nocciole, madorle), owoce suszone (borowki, jagody, orzechy wloskie, orzechy laskowe, migdaly)
- peanutt butter, burro di arachidi, maslo orzechowe
- muesli

and many, many more, whatever you wish! in the picture you can see cookies with cramberries, white chocolate chips and almonds.

e tanto, tanto di più, quello che desiderate! sulla foto poete vedere cookies con mirtilli rossi, pezzi di cioccolato bianco e mandorle.

i wiele wiele innych, to co najbardziej wam odpowiada! na zdjeciu ciasteczka z borowkami, kawalkami bialej czekolady i migdalami.


melt the butter and leave it for cooling. mix all the dry ingredients together and add butter and egg. leave in the room temperature for about 1 hour under the kitchen towel. preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). make small balls form cookie mixture and put them on the baking paper. don't forget to leave space between the balls. the cookies will grow a lot! bake for 10-15 minutes.

sciogliere il burro e lasciarlo raffreddare. mescolare tutti gli ingredienti secchi e aggiungere il burro e l'uovo. laciare a temperatura ambiente per ca. 1 ora sotto uno strofinaccio. riscaldare il forno a 180°C (350°F). fare delle piccole palline dell'impasto e metterle sulla carta da forno. lasciare spazio tra le palline perchè i cookies cresceranno molto! cuocere per 10-15 minuti.

rozpuscic maslo i zostawic do ostygniecia. wymieszac suche skaldniki i dodac maslo i jajko. zostawic w temperaturze pokojowej przez ok. godzine, przykryte sciereczka. rozgrzac piec do 180°C (350°F). uformowac male kuleczki z ciasta i rozlozyc je na papierze do pieczenia. zachowac odleglosc miedzuìy kulkami poniewaz ciasteczka bardzo urosna! piec przez ok. 10-15 minut.

O, they looks delicious again but I don't bake them for one reason: my weight hi hi! My husband can eat everything without being heavier but that's not the case with me!!

HI Justyna.. I dont have an oven.. I know that sounds surprising but it's true, no oven and no microwave.. because we are Indians [living in India] and our food. is cooked on gas stove, BUT... BUt... we all eat cookies... and im a cookie monster.. i love COOKIEZZZZZ either they are baked by our American friends living nearby or in the coffee shops..and after looking your cookie recipe i will ask my friends to bake like this..

I love baking, that is my favourite. As we have become vegetarian (my husban, my eldest daughter, myself) do you know any nice recipes without eggs? I honestly don't mind if there are eggs but my husband does....
