cookie tale part four - crunchy

my cookie tale is almost finished... i hope you enjoyed it. i would like to thank all my followers who were reading and commenting on this tale. i love reading your comments!

after publishing a chewy recipe in my previous post, today - to close the tale with class - i would like to share with you two excellent recipes for divine crunchy cookies. the first one is a real classic: chocolate chips cookies, while the second is my own invention for heavenly light and delicate coconut cookies! try also these recipes and vote for your favourite cookie! let me know if you are a chewy or a crunchy type ;)

dopo la mia ultima ricetta per i cookies gommosi, oggi - per chiudere la tale con classe - vorrei condividere con voi due splendide ricette per i divini cookies croccanti. la prima è un vero classico: cookies con pezzi di cioccolato, mentre la seconda è la ia invenzione per dei magnificamente leggeri e delicatissimi cookies al cocco! assaggaite pure questi e votate per il vostro cookie preferito! fatemi sapere se siete un tipo gommoso o croccante ;)


moja cisteczkowa opowiesc dobiegla koncowi... mam nadzieje, ze sie wam podobala. chcialabym podziekowac wszystkim czytelnikom, ktorzy przeczytali i skomentowali ta opowiesc. uwielbiam czytac wasze komentarze!

po moim ostatnim przepisie na ciagnace ciasteczka, dzisiaj - by zakonczyc te opowiesc z klasa - chcialam podzielic sie z wami dwoma wspanailymi przepisami na boskie ciasteczka chrupiace. pierwszy przepis to prawdziwy klasyk: ciasteczka z kawalkami czekolady, drugi natomiast jest mojego autorstwa na doskonale lekkie i niezwykle delikatne ciasteczka kokosowe! sprobujcie rowniez tych przepisow i glosujcie na wasze ulubione ciasteczko! dajcie znac czy jestescie typem ciagnacym czy chrupiacym ;)

recipe 1: crunchy chocolate chips cookies (picture n. 1)
ricetta 1: cookies croccanti con pezzi di cioccolato (foto nr. 1)
przepis 1: chrupiace ciasteczka z kawalkami czekolady (zdjecie nr 1)

you will need, vi servirà, bedziecie potrzebowac:

- 100g of dark chocolate in small pieces, di cioccolato fondente a pezzettini, czekolady gorzkiej w malych kawalkach
- 1 egg, uovo, jajko
- 100g (3,5 oz.) of butter, burro, masla
- 100g (3,5 oz.) of flour, farina, maki
- 80g (2,8 oz.) of icing sugar, zucchero a velo, cukru pudru
- 50g (1,7 oz.) of minced almonds, farina di mandorle, drobno mielonych migdalow
- 1,5 tablespoon of baking powder, cucchiaio di lievito, lyzki proszku do pieczenia 


recipe 2: crunchy coconut cookies (picture n. 2)

ricetta 1: cookies croccanti al cocco (foto nr. 2)
przepis 1: chrupiace ciasteczka kokosowe (zdjecie nr 2)

you will need, vi servirà, bedziecie potrzebowac:

- 1 egg, uovo, jajko
- 100g of butter, burro, masla
- 100g of flour, farina, maki
- 80g of icing sugar, zucchero a velo, cukru pudru
- 50g of coconut,di cocco, wiorkow kokosowych
- 1,5 tablespoon of baking powder, cucchiaio di lievito, lyzki proszku do pieczenia

the procedure of preparation is the same for both recipes.
la procedura di preparazione è la stessa per entrambe le ricette.
sposob przygotowywania jest identyczny dla obydwu przepisow.

preheat the oven to 180°C (360 °F). melt the butter with sugar and mix it with all the other ingredients. at the end add baking powder. with a spoon place small quantity of your mixture on the baking paper, leaving enought space between each single cookie. bake for 8 up to 10 minutes.


preriscaldare il forno a 180°C (360 °F). sciogliere il burro con lo zucchero e unire agli altri ingredienti. alla fine aggiungere il lievito. con un cucchiao piazzare piccole quantità dell'impasto sulla carta da forno, lasciando abbastanza spazio tra un cookie e altro. cuocere per 8 fino a 10 minuti.


rozgrzac piec do 180°C (360 °F). rozpuscic maslo z cukrem i polaczyc z innymi skladnikami. na koncu dodac proszek do pieczenia. za pomoca lyzki rozlozyc niewielkie ilosci masy na papierze do pieczenia zachowujac odstepy pomiedzy ciasteczkami. piec przez 8 do 10 minut.

Ok I'm gonna try to make the chewy ones tonight (it takes time and i like doing things the relaxed way!).. Then it'll be the crunchy version turn. I'll let you know how it goes but I have to say: both looks soo YUMMY!
P.s. I've given up trying to control the weight!

By the way, the chewy one here where I live, it's called "patience" , I don't know why but since I was little girl, my grandma always offered me some "patience" cookies :)

I'm enjoying a lot your cookie tale !

Hi Justyna,
My kids are complaining that I haven't made cookies in a while. (I switched to cupcakes for a bit...) I am off tonight to whip up a batch of well, crunchy or chewy? I can't decide, I love them both!

u know, im usually a chewy cookie kinda gal, no exceptions except for oreos, but today, i had an exceptionally great crunchy toffee one. so i might cross over!lol
