cookie tale part three - chewy


here i am again with the third and next-to-last part of my cookie tale. today i have for you a yummy recipe for excellent chewy cookies :) try it and find out if this is your kind of cookie. don't forget to offer your chewy cookies to friends: i always bring them in the office and my colleagues love them!

to znowu ja z trzecia i przedostatnia czescia mojej ciasteczkowej opowiesci. mam dzisiaj dla was wspanialy przepis na przepyszne ciagnace ciasteczka :) przetestujcie go i dowiedzcie sie czy to jest wlasnie wasz typ ciasteczka. nie zapomnijcie poczestowac przyjaciol: ja zawsze przynosze te ciasteczka do pracy: moi koledzy je uwielbiaja!   


- 180 g (6,3 oz.) of flour, di farina, maki
- 3 tablespoons of almond flour (minced almonds) - optional if you want your cookies to be higher, cucchiai di farina di mandorle - facoltativo, se volete che i vostri cookies crescano in altezza, lyzki mielonych migdalow - opcjonalnie jesli chcecie, zeby wasze cisteczka wyrosly do gory   
- 120 g (4,2 oz) of sugar, di zucchero, cukru
- 150 g (5,3 oz.) of butter, di burro, masla
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda, cucchiaino di bicarbonato, lyzeczka sody oczyszczonej

melt the butter and leave it for cooling. mix all the dry ingredients together and add butter and egg. leave in the room temperature for about 1 hour under the kitchen towel. preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). make small balls form cookie mixture and put them on the baking paper. don't forget to leave space between the balls. the cookies will grow a lot! bake for 10-15 minutes.

sciogliere il burro e lasciarlo raffreddare. mescolare tutti gli ingredienti secchi e aggiungere il burro e l'uovo. laciare a temperatura ambiente per ca. 1 ora sotto uno strofinaccio. riscaldare il forno a 180°C (350°F). fare delle piccole palline dell'impasto e metterle sulla carta da forno. lasciare spazio tra le palline perchè i cookies cresceranno molto! cuocere per 10-15 minuti.

rozpuscic maslo i zostawic do ostygniecia. wymieszac suche skaldniki i dodac maslo i jajko. zostawic w temperaturze pokojowej przez ok. godzine, przykryte sciereczka. rozgrzac piec do 180°C (350°F). uformowac male kuleczki z ciasta i rozlozyc je na papierze do pieczenia. zachowac odleglosc miedzy kulkami poniewaz ciasteczka bardzo urosna! piec przez ok. 10-15 minut.

Hi Justyna,
You must be the favorite at the office bringing yummy treats like you always do! I am going to be on the lookout for almond flour, I haven't heard of that before. It would be interesting to see what a difference it would make with cookies.
