quatre quarts


when i say breakfast what do you think about? for me breakfast is a big mug of milk with few drops of coffee (something like latte macchiato) or a delicious cappuccino with a slice of quarte quarts! so simple and so delicious! the triumph of simplicity and taste! follow these few easy steps and make your own (home made is the best!)

quando dico colazione che cosa vi viene in mente? per me la colazione è una grande tazza di latte con poche gocce di caffè (qualcosa come il latte macchiato) oppure un delizioso cappuccino e una fetta di quattro quarti! così semplice e così delizioso! il triomfo della semplicità e bontà! seguite questi semplici passi e fate il vostro (fatto in casa è il migliore!)

kiedy mowie sniadanie co przychodzi wam do glowy? dla mnie sniadanie to duza filizanka mleka z kilkoma kroplami kawy (cos w stylu latte macchiato) lub pyszne cappuccino i kawalek quatre quarts! proste i pyszne! triumf prostoty i smaku! wykonajcie tych kilka prostych krokow i upieczcie wasz wlasny (domowej roboty jest najlepszy!) 



you will need, vi servirà, bedziecie potrzebowac:

- 3 eggs, uova, jajka
- 180g (6,3 oz.) of flour, di farina, maki
- 180g (6,3 oz.) of butter, di burro, masla
- 180g (6,3 oz.) of sugar, di zucchero, cukru
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder, cucchiaini di lievito, lyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F). separate egg yolks from whites. melt the butter on a small fire. mix well egg yolks with sugar and then add melted butter. mix flour with baking powder and add slowly to the egg mixture. in a separte bowl work egg whites until they become solid. add gently to the mixture. put the mixture in a well buttered pan for plumcake and bake for ca. 40 minutes.

riscaldate il forno a 180°C (360°F). separate i tuorli dai bianchi. sciogliete il burro sul fuoco moderato. sbattete bene i tuorli con lo zucchero e aggiungete il burro fuso. mescolate la farina con il lievito e aggiungete piano all'impasto. sbattete i bianchi finchè non diventino rigidi in un'altra ciotola. aggingete delicatamente all'impasto e trasferite tutto in uno stampo da plumcake ben imburrato. cuocete per ca. 40 minuti.

rozgrzejcie piec do 180°C (360°F). oddzielcie zoltka od bialek. roztopcie maslo na malym ogniu. ubijcie zoltka z cukrem i dodajcie roztopione maslo. wymieszajcie make z proszkiem do pieczenia i dodajcie powoli do ciasta. ubijcie bialka na sztywno w osobnej misce i wymieszajcie delikatnie. przeniescie ciasto do wysmarowanej maslem formy do keksu i pieczcie przez ok. 40 minut.
