quick ideas - monika's autumn toast

i'm proud to publish this quick idea today - a recipe that comes form my dear friend monika - a vegetarian and a very creative cook. monika is moving to milan in november (i'm so happy) so we will probably cook together sometime (and i will have an opportunity to steal more recipies :). monika is a blogger as well, you can visit her vintage website at http://vintage-hunters.com/

jestem bardzo dumna z tej quick idea, ktora dzisiaj publikuje - to przepis od mojej drogiej przyjaciolki moniki - wegetarianki i bardzo kreatywnej kuchmistrzyni. monika w listopadzie przeprowadza sie do mediolanu (ale super) wiec pewnie bedziemy mialy okazje, zeby czasem razem pogotowac (a ja bede miala okazje, zeby ukrasc jej wiecej przepisow :). monika ma rowniez bloga, mozecie odwiedzic jej bardzo vintage strone na http://vintage-hunters.com/

to prepare this delicious, quick and very chic (even if extremely simple) meal you just need (for 4 toasts/2 people)

per preparare questo delisioso, veloce e molto chic (anche se estremamente semplice) spuntino vi serviranno (per 4 toast/2 persone)

zeby przygotowac ta pyszna, szybka i szykowna (choc niezwykle prosta) przekaske bedziecie potrzebowac (na 4 tosty/2 osoby)

- 2 cup of fresh chanterelles (now is the righ moment to get them!), 2 tazzae di gallinacci freschi (adesso è la stagione giusta per prenderli!), 2 szklanki swiezych kurek (teraz jest odpowiedni moment by je dostac!)
- 4 slices of toast bread, 4 fette di pane da tostare, 4 kromki chleba tostowego
- 1 tablespoon of butter, l cucchiaio di burro, 1 lyzka stolowa masla
- 4 slices of cheese (gruyere style) or 1 cup of feta cheese, 4 fette di formaggio (tipo gruyere) oppure 1 tazza di formaggio feta, 4 plastry sera zoltego lub 1 szklanka sera feta
- freshly chopped parsley, prezzemolo fresco tagliuzzato, swiezo posiekana pietruszka
- pepper and salt, pepe e sale, pieprz i sol  

wash and clean the mushrooms, cut them in medium size pieces and cook in a pan on melted butter for about 10 minutes. add pepper, salt and parsley and mix well. if you use feta cheese add it to the mushrooms at the end of cooking. in the meantime prepare the toasts (in the toster). if you use gruyere cover each toast with a slice of cheese. put the mushrooms on the top of each toast and serve hot. 


lavate e pulite i gallinacci, taglateli in pezzi di media grandezza e saltate in una padella con il burro per 10 minuti ca. aggiungete pepe, sale e prezzemolo e mescolate tutto. se usate la feta aggiungetela ai funghi alla fine della cottura. nel frattempo preparare i toast (in un toster). se usate gruyere coprite ciascun toast con una fetta. metteteci sopra i funghi e servite caldo.


umyjcie i wyczyscie kurki, pokrojcie je na sredniej wielkosci kawalki i duscie na patelni na masle przez ok. 10 minut. dodajcie pieprz, sol i pietruszke. jesli uzywacie fete dodajcie ja do grzybow pod koniec gotowania. w miedzyczasie przygotujcie tosty (w tosterze). jesli uzywacie zoltego sera polozcie plaster na jazdym toscie. przykryjcie grzybami i podajcie na cieplo.
