il gusto della primavera: crema di piselli - taste of spring: pea cream


fresh spring veggies are always so inviting - i just can't resist! my favorites are green peas, so sweet and deligthful. this is an easy recipe for a delicious pea cream perfect for this season. i made some last weekend and i'm going to make more again - try it and you will understand why!

fresche verdure primaverili sono sempre così invitanti - non riesco a resistere! i piselli sono i miei preferiti, così dolci e squisiti. questa è una ricetta semplice per una deliziosa crema di piselli perfetta per questa stagione. ne ho fatto un po' lo scorso weekend e intendo farne molto di più ancora - provatela e capirete perchè!

swieze wiosenne warzywa sa zawsze bardzo zachecajace - nie mozna sie nim oprzec! zielony groszek slodki i pyszny to jedno z moich ulubionych warzyw. ten prosty i super smaczny przepis na krem groszkowy jest doskonaly na te pore roku. przyrzadzilam go w ubiegly weekend i przyrzadze go z pewnoscia ponownie - sprobujcie go i zrozumiecie dlaczego!



you will need, vi servirà, bedziecie potrzebowac:

- 1 kg of fresh green peas, di piselli freschi, swiezego zielonego groszku
- 1 onion, cipolla, cebula
- 1 stock-cube, brodo in dado, kostka rosolowa  
- 4 teaspoons of sour cream, cucchiaini di panna acida, lyzeczki kwasnej smietany
- cubes of tosted bread, qualche cubetto di pane tostato, kilka malych grzanek
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil, cucchiai di olio d'oliva, lyzki oliwy z oliwek 
- 1 liter of water, litro di acqua, litr wody

shell and wash the peas. chop the onion and brown it a pan with olive oil. add peas and water. when the soup boils add stock cube and cook until the peas are soft (about 25 minutes). leave for cooling and blend. serve hot with sour cream (1 teaspon for each plate) and cubes of tosted bread.

sgusciate e lavate i piselli. tagliuzzate la cipolla e imbionditela in una caseruola con olio di oliva. aggiungete i piselli e l'acqua. quando la zuppa bolle aggiungete il dado e cuocete finché i piselli diventano morbidi (ca 25 minuti). lasciate intiepidire e frullate. servite caldo con panna acida (1 cucchiaino per ogni piatto) e cubeti di pane tostato.

wyluskajcie i umyjcie groszek. posiekajcie cebule i podsmazcie w garnku na oliwie z oliwek. dodajcie groszek i wode. kiedy sie zagotuje dodajcie kostke rosolowa i gotujcie az groszek stanie sie miekki (ok. 25 minut). wystudzcie i zmielcie blenderem. podajcie na cieplo z kwasna smietana (po lyzeczce na kazdy talerz) i z malymi grzankami. 


as the weatcher outside is lovely and my new office is not far away i'm now using the bike! i love my new bike and love to ride it. i only hope that nowbody will take it away...

poniewaz pogoda na zewnatrz jest piekna i moje biuro jest niedaleko jezdze teraz do pracy rowerem! jestem zakochana w moim nowym rowerze i uwielbiam nim jezdzic! mam tylko nadzieje, ze nikt mi go nie ukradnie...

Uwielbiam mlody zielony groszek, taki slodziutki. Rower piekny, tylko wsiasc i jechac na dluga wycieczke, np. na jagody, ktore mozna zebrac do wiklinowego koszyczka przy kierownicy...
